The personal data of the customers who want to purchase the products manufactured by our company over the internet: name-surname, telephone number and e-mail address; It is processed for the purpose of executing goods and service sales processes, executing advertisement-campaign-promotion processes and fulfilling legal obligations by the data controller.

The aforementioned data is included in Article 5 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698; It is processed automatically in electronic media based on legal reasons such as giving express consent, expressly stipulated in the law, being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract.

The above-mentioned personal data processed by the Company are transferred to authorized institutions and organizations in order to fulfill the obligations arising from the provisions of the relevant legislation and to resolve legal disputes, and to Subsidiaries, Subsidiaries and Group Companies for the purpose of conducting advertising-campaign-promotion processes.
